Shipping methods and delivery varies depending on what you ordered and where you live. 

Returns & Exchanges

  • No Returns or Refunds: All sales of used clothing at Siam Vintage Trading are final. Due to the nature of our items being pre-owned and unique, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason.
  • Condition of Items: We strive to describe and photograph each item accurately. However, please be aware that items might show signs of wear consistent with their age and previous use.
  • Quality Check: Before shipping, each piece is inspected for quality to ensure it meets our standards. However, given the nature of vintage clothing, minor flaws may go unnoticed.
  • Fit and Sizing: Sizing for vintage clothes can vary significantly from modern standards. We provide measurements where possible, but we suggest customers compare these with their own measurements to ensure a good fit, as returns are not an option.
  • Issues Upon Receipt: In the rare case that an item arrives significantly different from its description or is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. While we do not offer refunds or returns, we may offer store credit or a discount on a future purchase at our discretion.
